I have made this map. But I need help to improve it. The idea is to make a map that shows rivers, cities and that looks generally professional. If anyone can make either a big world map or a divided world map that shows the continents separately.

This is the river map used by paradox in combination with this map. You should be able to overlay this.
I've also upscaled this map and expanded the area included if you are interested.
