I was just wondering if William Forstchen's 1945. . .

Well the Third Reich certainly produced the Me-262, one of the first jet fighters - on the other hand those Fascists dismissed Nuclear Physics as "The Jewish Science" so it's more questionable that they would possess a functioning atomic bomb by AD 1945 without the existence of such a weapon (in the hands of a rival power) being a proven fact; it must also be admitted that I haven't read this novel, so one cannot comment on any other aspect of it's plausibility.

I wished there was a sequel to the book , I found it at a dollar store once and was like it’s corny but not bad at all

I thought it was good although some of its basic assumptions have to be taken with a large grain of salt. For example, the Germans occupied Martinique after their defeat of the French. I can't see any responsible American government just reversing course on the Monroe doctrine during World war 2.
