Flag request

I'd like to request the following flag, if I may:
A silver hawk spreading its wings far and wide, crowned head turned to the right with the crown being golden. Over it, a black eight-pointed star, no larger than the hawk's torso. All this upon a dark-red(but not too dark) background.

Do you mean this kind of hawk, or a more simplified/heraldic one? I couldn't find a proper heraldic hawk with displayed wings...

I meant for a more heraldic one, and that the star would be over the hawk, but thank you very much nontheless.
