Colonization of Central Asia with a Fascist Russia

let's say the whites win the Russian civil war and establish a Fascist State. Would it be likely for a Fascist Russia to try and colonize Central Asia with Slavs. If so how would this colonization look like and how large of a Slavic population could Central Asia get ?

Do you mean a fascist state that's akin to, and perhaps allied with, the European fascists of the same period? Or do you just mean a right-wing authoritarian state?

What fascist group or groups took power in this scenario?

The closest analogue would probably be the Italians in Libya. They were generally pretty rough, particularly with the Bedouins and other nomadic groups. They also built mosques and schools for the purpose of indoctrinating the Libyans into fascist ideology and encouraged Libyans to join the fascist party.

I could see a fascist Russia using central Asia as a dumping ground for 'undesirables' just as Stalin did.

That happened in OTL at least twice. First with the massive deportations of Stalin sending Poles and Ukrainians and later with the campaign of the virgin lands of Khrushchev. Both failed because the settlers did not seem to feel comfortable with the Kazakh climate and left the area as soon as they could.

What are the borders in Europe and the Caucasus like? I expect th Russians would want to put ethnic Russians in those areas, if only to solidify control on the borders, and send the minorities there either into independent states or into Central Asia. How reactoinary we having this group and what kind? They more for the Church, blood, nobility, money, what? Lotsa different motives. Also, might be some Central Asian groups get cooped, though they will need to learn Russian if they want a job elsewhere. So torn on whether the Russians here would want to focus on industrialization and keeping people working in cities. Might be they set up industrial cities in Central Asia with highly Russian populations and those who come into the city to work need to learn Russian for any chances at promotion.

I was thinking something around Soviet borders.
Kazakhs and Kirgizi (from a similar language family and the Russians alternated names at times so as not to confuse them with the Cossacks) were apparently driven out or fled to escape both the Imperial Russians and the Communists. We may see more of this, plus Turkmens, Tajiks, and Uzbeks being funneled down into Afghanistan, where they already have substantial numbers. I expect some tribes will be treated like Jews in needing to keep to certain villages, while places like the Fergana Valley will get a chunk of Europeans shoved in there, with any new cities or plantations being mostly European populated. Lots of fascist groups took claim to kinship with either ancient civilization and races or made claims to be related to invaders or such. Franco or the Falanagists in Spain claimed Moroccans were of the same race as Spaniards, just different religions. And then there is the history of the Bulgarians and them going back and forth on if they are descended from Thracian, Slavs, or Turks. I expect some groups in Central Asia who look ‘white’ enough or who live in certain areas would be labeled as descendants of Greeks or Romans. We need to think over what this Russia’s stance is on Mongols and Khanates in history, as well as for Turks, Scythians, Tartars, whatever. May be the Russians claim the right to all Khanates by right of conquest, ignoring how most f Asia used to be part of one or another. If the borders in the Caucasus are the same, do we see Armenians and Georgians as being near the top of the racial hierarchy with the Russians?
