I've always had something of a soft-spot for the idea of Charles, duc de Berri, d'Alencon et Comte de Ponthieu, marrying La Consolatrice (Louisa Maria Theresa Stuart, the Princess over the Water) rather than Philippe II d'Orleans' daughter. What knock on effects for Europe would this have (James III still has kids of his own), esp with Berri as Regent instead?
