Booth's wildest dreams

I recently found a link to a ah scenerio, if John Wilks Booth's co-consprirators were successfull, and the Vice President Johnson was also assisinated, how would the Post Civil War reconstruction have turned out, how would the U.S. civil rights have turned out?

Any comments?

Wrong place for this scenario. That said, are you asuming that the assassination attempt against Seward succeeds as well?

Generally speaking, this is one thread. The assassination and its impacts on Reconstruction and Civil Rights is pre and post 1900.

In just a few words: Out of the frying pan and into the fire for the South.
