Although it's unlikely to ever be completed as a TL,
The Presbyterian Butcher could make a good mod.
Britain: Fighting both Germany and the USA is no easy task, but at the start of the game the Imperial Federation is about to become a reality, giving access to manpower from New Zealand to Nootka Sound. Politically, the Liberal Party of Mosley and Churchill (yes, really) is secure in power.
CSA: As Gordon McSweeney takes hold of the USA, the Confederacy prepares for another war, this time for its very survival. However, the advances in black rights in the last twenty years have provided boosts to both stability and manpower. The Conservative Party, having ousted the Whigs in the 1933 election, look set to hold on to power.
USA: As Gordon McSweeney takes power, you, the player, have two choices. Continue to tighten your grip and inflict bloody vengeance on your adversaries? Or initiate a civil war to return democracy to the land of the free?
There would also be rebellions to factor in. For Britain, this would be Azad Hind or the IRA (although in TPB, the Republican movement had been marginalised), with Mormon rebellions for the USA and the Redemption League for the CSA. If a civil war was to break out in the AI USA, the player can support whichever faction aligns with their nation.
