AHC: Bring more Japanese PC games to the West

In the OTL, Japanese video games, localized into English, started entering the American market following the introduction of the Nintendo Entertainment System. This happened roughly two years after the Great Video Game Crash of 1983, which nearly killed off the console game market in America and started the decline of Atari as a dominant force in video gaming. Between 1985 and the early 2000s, Japanese-manufactured consoles as well video games developed in the country dominated the video game market for consoles.

During that same period, there was rarely any Japanese PC video games localized into English that released for the PC aside from an occasional release. The PC sector was dominated by Western and American developers who developed games that were either unfeasible on consoles (Adventure games, RPGs), or required hardware specifications too difficult for consoles to achieve and run properly (Crysis).

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to bring Japan-exclusive PC games to America with a PoD of the early 1990s.
