AH challenge: NATO invades Yugoslavia

During the Cold War, Yugoslavia's greatest fear, due to its unique status as a non-Combloc Communist country, was of course the prospect of invasion by either NATO or WARPAC. I believe there've been a few hypotheticals concerned with a Soviet invasion against Tito, but how could a potential NATO invasion of the FRY come about after 1945, and with what consequences ?

edit: oh, this doesn't include PODs related to a NATO land invasion of Kosovo during Op ALLIED FORCE in 1999.

Tito plays nice with Stalin and tries to get Trieste by force, while at the same time border incursions take place in the south in support of the Greek communists. Only trouble with this is that NATO doesn't exist yet. So who's he going to fight against?
