1944: Allied second front in Jutland Denmark?

What if Eisenhower had decided that there is need two weeks after D-day to land a second front assult force in Western Jutland,Denmark??

Could that have ended war in the West earlier? Since the German Forces in Denmark were weak at that time(as far as I remember). If yes then the allied force could have easily plowed through Jutland and down to Flensburg and attack Hamburg from the North? And maybe Berlin from the North before the Russians?

Not likely

Two weeks after D-Day, the Allies had neither the manpower nor the logistical resources to mount another large operation somewhere else, especially so far from their British base of operations. Two weeks after D-Day, they were still fighting hard in Normandy and had their eye on that prize. A more likely what if has Ike deciding to send some troops to Brittany, to open the ports at Cherbourg and Brest earlier than IOTL, to expedite the transfer of Allied forces into France.

Pretty sure the Allies considered invading closeer...and it was promptly realized to be suicide.

Didn't we beat this to death about a year back with 98% of the postings stating the tactical impossibility of the operation?
