Here's my altered version of TB's excellent flag with green and blue to represent the link to the environment and Earth as a whole.

I like it - particularly as it's clean and simple!

Thanks TB for cleaning up (I've never been that good at it ).

I really liked your original but I felt it needed more colour.

I kept the central star as red and the field white to reflect your original meanings.
I then made the circle green or blue to reflect the world/Earth which necessitated the smaller stars be changed too.
Blue stars seemed more natural so I went with that.
Though I'm not sure the exact shades of Green and Blue are entirely complementary; are there better shades?
