In scenarios of German victory in WW2 there is a trope of spartan "hermit kingdoms" ruled by SS. In TNO it is Burgundy and in TWR it is Gotenland (Crimea plus Tavria). These two seem ASB for me mostly for the fact that such states are located in regions too important to give to make them SS...
