Considering I highly doubt that the detonation of nuclear weapons would result in any sore of habitable environment in London, underground or otherwise, hooray for fantasy low-yield almost non-explosive, highly radioactive mutated creature creating missiles! So many more details to add...

Well then, I'll definitely continue working on it! ^.^

So whilst sitting on the last 5% of my actual full Europe map, I found this and am deciding whether or not to keep going with it for a bit of convoluted, nonsensical fun! Especially with Exodus on the way. Also know this technically (or non-technically) isn't Alternate History, but it's a map.

Hahahaha, I sure love filling in the Empire x'D (seriously tho, I do love it). Only WIP I'll put here, but I just really am enjoying working on a proper map again.

Woohoo, I haven't made a proper map in ages-I personally blame having a job. And I haven't made a full map of Europe yet. So here's something else I probably won't finish, but might as well show what I've done the last few days.

Impact is just for me. Was getting muddled from a distance and I needed to look at it from far. That kinda stuff is all going to get cleaned up. Add proper arching text and such.

Still have plenty to do in the way of top-level administrative divisions for many of the states on the map; as well as filling out more details, but I think I've a modern day map of my TL that makes me happy. It may be contrived and nonsensical, but that's how I like it.

A little update on the state of the map as of now; I'm fairly happy with how Africa is developing.

The base is probably my favourite world map; found it whilst browsing for a good one on the old wiki commons. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/79/Political_map_of_the_world_-_Soviet_legacy_color-scheme.svg/1280px-Political_map_of_the_world_-_Soviet_legacy_color-scheme.svg.png

I know, the entire peninsula's going to be reworked. Just a temporary label for myself

Well, gotta say that quickly making up world history for L&L is kinda fun and refreshing, and I've always been a fan of African seas for the aesthetics of it so why not throw them in for fun. Thanks! I made a map a long time ago in this style, but I've grown as a mapmaker since, and feel...

Oops, I uploaded the wrong file. Anyway, as I said before, chipping away and carving up Europe.

Might as well throw this in as it's remained generally WIP-ish as I pen the global history (as if it wasn't evident, I'm not very confidently knowledgeable outside of a certain part of the planet). Modern map from my Lilies & Lions tl, so general premise is Charles VI dies in 1421, Henry V lives...

Oh the Iberian Peninsula is a bit of a mess. I'm going to say yes as I've really only the broader strokes painted especially in regards to Aragon. The more I look at the halves though, the more I think that's the direction I'm going to go.

I internally debate that all the time; but I just feel that it gives that more French emphasis whilst also implicating that England is subservient to the French crown and is French; however, swapping the titles that are quartered on the English half. I've also considered pure halves. I need...

Well, I'm doing it for my site aesthetic that's definitely a departure from Wikipedia, so in that case, I think that's a good thing :coldsweat:

Lilies & Lions, A Father's Legacy Maybe a bit more of a refresh post. I'm working on a few maps (want to do something stylistically in line with the boxes so they're going to look kinda weird). Might make a thread, but that's still only a consideration-would let me lay out things more...

Lilies & Lions Charles VII (22 February 1403 – 21 April 1429) was the self-proclaimed King of France following his father's death late in 1421. In the midst of war with the Kingdom of England, Charles VII inherited the throne of France under desperate circumstances. Armies of the Kingdom of...

I've changed it up a bit, added some more baronial titles and differenced it more appropriately.

 Well that's completely right, but I was just so happy with how it turned out; honestly, I need to think up a differenced new line of arms anyway seeing as its a bit of a divergence
