    What would happen if the soviets are unable to steal the spanish gold reserve? Not sure exactly what the ussr used it for in otl except bribing people during the cold war but would they still be strong enoughn to fight the germans when barbarossa comes along before they get LL from the US?

    could a more sucessful easter rising have seriously effected WW1? possible POD to make it more sucesful: Perhaps the Aud is not intercepted and scuttled or perhaps MacNeill falls down some stairs so is counter order in the paper never comes to be?

    on the day of the easter rising in Ireland 1916 er Eoin Mcneil published a counter order in the newspaper reducing the number of rebells that took part in the rising.. how much more succesful could the rising have turned out if the counter order had not bedn published?
