  2. Roman Empire Timeline Cliches To Avoid

Worst, Rome would change weapons, but not armors, and tactics. Basically, any "Future" RE army would look like this: Even RON, that allowed a Super Roman Empire, managed to change the soldiers look of Rome in all ages.
  3. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

I think i find another way to divided the RE in three parts: make Rome conquer Persia. Considering this video: If Caesar managed to conquer the Parthians, then, later in history, the sheer size of that empire would make that the emperors decided to divide the empire to managed better. Maybe the...
  4. WI: Transformers 2007 was box office bomb

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe the Transformers franchise could revived in the form of an animated movie, or a TV series (Prime?).
  5. What alternate history ideas you wish they were used more often?

The rise of the Canadian Empire.
  6. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

But how long would the triempire resist before the inevtibale collapse? If i understand the situation correctly, the western side would be the first that will fall, making the central and eastern side surviving a little longer until they fall, too. If they fall later than OTL, How that would...

    Wassap!!
  8. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

Interesting, i didn't know that. I think that a Valentianic dynasty could work too, and the Empire would last longer than OTL, but how long?
  9. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

Could work, specially if Diocletian created a solid way of replace the emperor and the princeps (because the empire would be reunited again by one). It would be interesting if we take the "worse third century crisis", "the Triarchy", and the "Theodosius had three sons" and mix it to create a TL...
  10. What alternate history ideas you wish they were used more often?

For some reasons, the UK is the first to discover America, and sent settlers and soldiers to south and central America t, while the spanish had to conform in colonizing north America.
  11. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

Uf, TTL WRE is going to fall earlier than OTL WRE, with Goths, Huns, and Vandals attacking it. I'm envisioning that the two other REs would pay the Barbarians to attack the western side while they just sit there.
  12. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

Ok, that's an interesting take, and could butterfly the Vandals and Islam (this last is in doubt), but the question is. Could this division accelerate the fall of the Western and Eastern Empires, or could that division delaye their fall?
  13. What alternate history ideas you wish they were used more often?

Maybe they though Newfoundland was some kind of island, but that's my opinion.
  14. What alternate history ideas you wish they were used more often?

No Colombus, to start, then, we can think that the other European powers would be bussy screwing Portugal that they wouldn't launch an expeditionary expedition to "search for another rout to India". That were my thoughs.
  15. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

Good point. I think we could establish a POD in a time after Diocletian, but before Constantine, with a prolonged three-states division, until the empire is reunited, and then, after some years, it divided in three parts again.
  16. What alternate history ideas you wish they were used more often?

The European discovery of America is delayed 200 years. Considering that the Caribes were attacking the Chibchas, in that world, the former would have conquered the later, and what would happen to the incas, aztecs, mayas, and tarascans?
  17. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

That could work, and how long those empires would last? Considering that, maybe, we butterflied the vandals, the CRE could last longer than OTL, or maybe not.
  18. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

I would move the frontier of the ERE just a little beyon greece, but i like that map.
  19. Dividing the Empire in three: a Roman AHC.

Not bad, although i had the same issue that one of the posters of that thread, i conclude that Byzantium, being a well-fortified city, could be chosen as a capital of a "new" roman empire by some smart general, and considering that in that TL the RE is suffering outbreaks like hell, i don't see...
