MotF 228: City On A Downhill

With the Remans fallen, the Potentate a fading memory, and the nations of men once more restored to their natural state of tumult, the city of Alinor fell, for a time, back into the melancholy inertia of triumph. The Sunbirds had won the war for the sky. No longer would the most brilliant minds...

Keeping up the SSSS theme. The Nerevarine is about two years too late and the Blight escapes Vvardenfell and runs rampant over Tamriel. The Nerevarine is able to kill Dagoth Ur before he is able to turn on Akulakhan, but by the time they do the Blight is strong enough to survive and grow on its...

Incredible work, as always. And very generous of you to share it as a basemap.

    A Blank Map Thread

Does anyone have a Pacific-centered WorldA with full subdivisions? This is the best one I can find, but I'd really like to also have subdivisions for India, Russia, and Brazil at the very least.

This seems pretty plausible overall, well done. Only critique would be that the Pacific States would probably break up California so it's not just two states in the whole country.

Is there any chance of an extension on this one?

This is a really cool concept, but some of the text is really hard on the eyes. Making it not all caps and tightening the kerning would make it much more readable.

Very cool, though I agree with the others on the name of China's alliance being a little iffy. Are you using a template, or did you make the Lagrange points map from scratch?

Agreed 100%. Especially when the "ideal map" in question fulfills various nationalist/irredentist claims that have directly caused immense real life suffering in living memory or wipes whole countries off the map in pursuit of perfect "nation-state" borders (that of course follow closely some...

I like the concept, and I like optimistic globalism. As a Coloradan I'm a bit sad that we've been lumped in with the Red western states though... Really great, excellent work.

Map of the Month 6: By Any Other Pen - Voting Thread

I liked @TheKutKu 's map the best; it really feels like something out of a textbook, and it's got that professional quality that's hard to put a finger on. Great job to all the contestants though, fine work all around.

I was hoping to get my submission in in time, but I don't think it's going to happen. :(
