    But after the war didn't Eisenhower allow the Germans to starve following WW2 as a way to break the Germans will? I imagine if there was such a insurgency they could just hold the Marshal Plan in Germany for a few years until hunger did its job while keeping the number of troops to a minimum.

    What if during the Russian Civil war Denikin meets the same fate as Kolchak in 1919 and Wrangel assumes direct control of the White Russians?
