    I think that North America North from Mexico should has more of nations since there was lot of different tribes. And these are pretty big compared to OTL European empires at end of Middle Ages. And I agree that Peruvian borders are bit illogical.

    Agree. Mussolini wasn't such genocidal person as Hitler. He was very brutal and ruthless but still not genocidal enough to wipe whole nation from the map. And it would be impractical to wipe cheap labor anyway. Even Mussolini would understand that.

    The West (at least Britain) might be more alarmed about Russia. France hardly still agree easily step back with Versailles but Britain might be more willingful allow to think re-negotiation of Treaty of Versailles.

    Thatcher would crush IRA really brutally. There hardly would be much sympathy for IRA anywhere. And if IRA manages to last to end of 1990's not chances for Good Friday Agreement. There is not even negotiations. We would too get king Charles III (or probably George VII) about 40 years earlier...

    Probably just whatever small town with Polish majority. All traditional Polish cities are just destroyed so them just have pick what they can.

    That Mussolini had strong grap on economy not mean that his successor/s couldn't change that like Deng did in China. Fascims has not too ideologically such will to control whole economy. It probably would be easier to make some reforms than with communist nations.

    Depends what was situation in Asia. And personally I would like see stable Afghanistan instead it being on endless civil wars.

    Since Afghan monarchy probably wasn't ousted in 1973 due discredit of communism, the country probably avoids civil war and in 1991 it would be pretty stable monarchy.

    Perhaps you could do that with POD just before division of British India. On whatever reason Pakistan gain India and India just not bother with that as much as Pakistan in OTL bothers over Kashmir. This would helps improve relations with India and it won't be issue. And you should too change...

    Portugal might be able to keep that if they play things right but I doubt that. Probably they just make same mistakes and stupidities than in OTL. And Italy has not way to keep Ethiopia. It is almost same if France would try keep Indochina much longer.

    Succesful Sealion? Sorry but this seen really impossible on this site. Soviet Union manage to take conquered Russia back? Not really sure. Re-united Yugoslavia? That I doubt too. Croats never would accept that.

    It is pretty possible that USA would stay out on this case. And even if joins, might be that USA not declare war to Sweden. At end it didn't to do that for Finland during WW2. And Entente hardly can really complain since they are really dependent on US support.

    Blitzkrieg in 1980's wouldn't work anymore. NATO should prepare in such way that WarPac would notice that and when NATO begins airstrikes Soviets and their vassals are ready. And whatever invasion is declaration of war and it will escalaste as nuclear war quickly.
