The United Provinces of Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Manitoba is a country that was formed during the North American War from the provinces.

History

During the North American War and with growing tension against the now communist People’s Republic of Quebec, the provinces of Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Manitoba declare independence from Canada and form The United Provinces of Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Manitoba or UPSOM for short. UPSOM is soon invaded by the Great Lakes Confederation after a series of border skirmishes along Wisconsin and Michigan. UPSOM is easily defeated within one year due to the swift attack strategy of the GLC. They are left in total ruin after the war. With no standing military and a crippled government a small band of UPSOM rebels lead by General Leonard Fredrickson storm the parliament building taking control of the government and begins a new dictatorial regime with Gen. Leonard Fredrickson as ruler.
