WI: No Sealion? (with a twist!)

This is my first new thread at AH, so, I figured I'd make it good... probably failing miserably, but...

With a POD of 1940, where Sealion is never proposed, what would be the most discussed - or perhaps ranted about - turning point on the AH.com forums?
