The TL involves the prevention or short-lived Spanish Civil War which led to Niceto Alcala-Zamora survival and the role of how Spain entered World War II at the side of the Allies that led to formation of NATO and country being a founder of EEC (now European Federation). Also the survival of the Soviet Union and the alternate Warsaw Pact which led to addition of another members including Yugoslavia and an alternate history of the United States
