Would hate to be Milan in such a scenario. Since, provided things go as OTL in Savoy, then once Carlo II dies in 1496, Charlotte's son/grandson is duke of Savoy.
OTOH, Savoy inherited the claim OTL and didn't do much about it, so suppose it depends.
