Napoleon dismembers Prussia into puppet duchies

I came up with an idea of this ATL history scenario, in which Napoleon decides to dismember Prussia completely and erase its name.

Instead the following countries are created:

Kingdom of Brandenburg
(Napoleon forces Prussia to rename itself Brandenburg after losing all real Prussian areas)
Duchy of Warsaw (larger than OTL - includes also eastern parts of pre-1772 Polish Royal Prussia, Masuria and Warmia)
Duchy of Cassubia (includes western parts of pre-1772 Polish Royal Prussia and four eastern counties of Pommern*)
Duchy of Kleinlittaw and Sudovia (Lietuvininkai-inhabited part of East Prussia and parts of OTL Duchy of Warsaw)
Duchy of Konigsberg (whatever is left of actual Prussia becomes a rump state of Konigsberg, name Prussia is erased)

Region of Bialystok is transferred to Russia, like in OTL Treaty of Tilsit of 1807 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaties_of_Tilsit

In the map:

Dark blue line = OTL border of the Duchy of Warsaw
Light blue line = OTL Polish borders after World War I
Green line = modern Our Time Line borders of Poland

*In case if you are wondering why eastern counties of Pommern were included in Kashubia, they were largely Kashubian around 1800:

Of course some of Napoleon's relatives/friends become the dukes of these duchies.

Do you think this scenario is probable, and what would have happened aftewards?

What happens to Silesia? Is it given to the Duchy of Warsaw? Austria? Saxony, to provide a communications corridor for Frederick Augustus? Partitioned between each?

Silesia is given to Saxony, or back to the Habsburgs (because until 1740 it was Austrian).

Or it can remain part of Brandenburg (he renames the rest of Prussia as Brandenburg).

PS:

In fact the Kingdom of Prussia was established by the Brandenburgian branch of Hohenzollern dynasty. It should have been called Brandenburg to begin with - but Electors of Brandenburg could not become kings due to the Holy Roman Emperor's influence, so they decided to call themselves Kings in Prussia after obtaining power in Ducal Prussia.

This is how Brandenburg-Prussia was born, and later it ended up as Kingdom of Prussia.

Partitioned between each?

Would Napoleon agree to partition it between the Duchy of Warsaw, Austria and Saxony?

Saxony, to provide a communications corridor for Frederick Augustus?

Yes I think at least part of Silesia should be given to Saxony to link it with Warsaw Duchy.

And why not give it all to Warsaw?
Exactly. Give old Polish lands to Warsaw, Prussia and Pomerania to some generals, divide Silesia and Lusatia between Austria (in exchange for a part of Austrian partition going to Warsaw) and Saxony, and finally demote Brandenburg back to a mere margraviate.

This won’t happen in 1806/1807. Napoleon admired too much Frederick the great to destroy his kingdom on the first conflict.

But, if in 1811/1812, as he OTL threatened to do when he learnt that Prussia was playing double game, he had done so, then I don’t think it would have changed much because time would have been required for separate Prussian States to remain separate.

If the campaign of Russia ends in disaster as OTL, then Prussia will rise again from its scattered ashes.

I would give the Duchy of Warsaw everything it lost to Prussia in the partitions, as well as Upper Silesia. Saxony would get a small chunk of Silesia connecting it to the Duchy of Warsaw, bringing Frederick Augustus's two realms together. The rest of Silesia would be given back to Austria in exchange for Galicia-Lodomeria being given back to Poland. (At this point there's no pretending that the Duchy of Warsaw isn't just a revived Poland.) In order to avoid angering the Russians they should get Konigsberg, and if they are still belligerent maybe they can get a small eastern chunk of Galicia-Lodomeria. For bonus points we could landlock Brandenburg by creating a Duchy of Pomerania and giving it to one of Napoleon's relatives or marshals, or maybe a loyal German.

WI Prussian ruling family dies out - or rather is more or less accidentally killed off?
