Communitism is a political movement that shares elements of anarchism , communism and extremist environmentalism .
Its goal is to create a state , or a government , where the central power is almost nonexistent , and where every person or community
is , as much as possible , self - sustaining and free . Another goal is the reintegration of the mankind in the nature , as much as possible .
The core of the communitist organization is the small community , that should be self - sustaining and independent .
Small communities are agriculture - based , and every resource produced should be divided between the citizens in equal parts .
All the community citizens govern only themselves , but the citizen should do anything as possible for the welfare of the community .
If the community is well , the citizen is well , and vice versa . The community should be , as much as possible , integrated in the nature .
The community citizens should be free to do anything they want , if they do not damage the community or other citizens .
The communitism thinks that the bigger part of the conditionings of the mankind are religion - based , especially if
extremism - based . But , communitism do not reject religion at all . It says that the only true religion or faith is the one that
comes , spontaneously , from the single individual , not dogmatic religions that other people makes you believe .
A communitist goal is to destigmatizing the things that previously the society or the religion stigmatized , being as free as possible . Communitism , so , tolerates or encourages naturism - nudism , homosexuality , drugs if naturally produced , like marijuana , and every behavior that not damages other people or the community . The individual should be totally free , and the community should tolerate the freedom of the individual , even if it do
things like doing drugs or going nude in public . This is anarchy .
The justice , in a communitist state or community , should be applied only if an individual has a behavior that damages the community or
other individuals . If an individual acts in a wrong way , the entire community can suffer of it , so the individual can be expelled from the community ,
if the bigger part of it votes for the expulsion or temporary expulsion .
Communitism do not reject technology , but encourages the technologic advancement if it do not damage the environment too much .
The technologic advancement , for communitism , should be compatible with the environment , and it is one of the few things
managed by the central government . As you can think , the central government is technocratic .
GOVERNMENT
Central Government
It manages the technologic advancement , the army and the foreign policy . It is technocratic and based on the merits of the individual .
Only the best citizens can join the Central Government , doing well for their Community . There are no parties , but individuals and citizens .
The individual should be free of thinking all the things it wants , not thinking what the party thinks . All the members have leadering turns .
Regional Government
It controls a certain amount of Communities , normally 100 - 150 . It controls that every community is self - sustaining and peaceful .
All the members (elected for the merits like the Central Government) have leadering turns .
Communities
The communities are normally small cities , areas of bigger cities or communities created by the Central or Regional government .
They are self - sustaining and with a communist self - government . There are no leaders , but the individual acts for the welfare
of the entire community . They are almost independent , but they recognize the Central and Regional governments .
SOCIETY
The people , in a communitist state , can be divided into 4 categories , with the same level of importance .
You can imagine them as democratic castes , and the individual can change the belonging caste .
Politicians
They manage the state , and they come from the Communities . They are elected for the personal merits and their working for the welfare
of the Community . But they do not earn money , because there is no money in a communitist state .
Administrators
They do things like coordinating the Communities work and keep them in peace .
Every citizen should be an Administrator , and they are , in turns , the citizens themselves .
Tech - Workers
They produce technology and make it operate .
Agro - Workers
They are the peasants , in the same number of the previous 2 classes . They are vital for a Community , and they are respected
as politicians , but they can damage the Community more , if they do not work .

I think of the Communitism as a more democratic and a bit utopic - anarchic variant of the Communism ,
and it could be surely work in countries like Russia (mainly Siberia) , China and in the Third World .
I can imagine a timeline where the USSR is Communitist , and it is named UCCR ( Union of the Confederated Communitist Republics) ,
and the USA ( or maybe the New York state and various claimed territories around the world , because the UN headquarter is in NY )
are Viktorian (Viktorian States of America or simply Viktorian State) . Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy follow the RCTFI Variant Fascism .
After World War II , we will have a Cold War between the Viktorians , with their utopia of a world government and a world ethnicity ,
destroying the entire human history (and the EU motto ) , and the Communitists , with their decentralized and anarchic variant of the
Communism . Maybe in the next MW game .
