Images Of Kara's First Day: Pictures Of Red Dawn's WW3 And The Aftermath

If we follow OTL, the PAF patrolled the skies above Luzon, Batanes, and the EEZ as Soviet Tu-95 bombers routinely crossed the country's airspace. Most sent to intercept were F-5s and VF-8 Crusaders. With WWIII breaking out in the Red Dawn universe, I'd imagine the PAF would have increase those patrols.

Maybe we'd have someone like Danilo Atienza (OTL died in the 1989 coup when his F-5 crashed after strafing rebel T-28s in Sangley Point) claiming a kill on a Tu-95.
yeah if we can create a fan fiction of that the Philippine Air Force Pilots story with english and tagalog language on their perspective but we need a fictional OCs Filipino pilots American Pilots Filipino Civilians and Soviet Pilots during the attack on Clark and Subic.

One of the very surviving Philippine F-8 Crusaders from World War III on display in a museum. 25 had received in flying condition plus 10 for spare parts in 1978. Having limited availability at the outbreak of the conflict, it was the skill of the mechanics in canibalizing the aircraft damaged during the surprise bombings which allowed a handful of them to to hold the front line. Despite the lack of long-range missiles, they managed to shoot down a few Tu-22 and Tu-85 Blinder bombers and repelled Soviet maritime patrol planes coming from Vietnam.

When the Soviet Air Force attacking Clark and Subic bases the local filipino commie rebels jumped in the fight to invade villages when opportunity arises while the Philippine Army and Marine Corps including the Philippine Air Force conducting counter insurgency along with the Militias like Ilaga CAFGU and CVO.

The NPA insurgents would only control a fraction of a barangay. They are too disorganized unlike the VC.

All four Iowa, and all the museum ships. Even USS Texas was towed to New Orleans and mounted a SAM battery. Yes, it was successful.
Cool did the Iowas get retrofitted before the war like Phalanx CIWS add-on Harpoon Missile Launchers and Tomahawk Missile Launchers got added.

USS Ticonderoga (CG-47) in the Caribbean Sea. The first of her class of guided missile cruisers, she was the most advanced U.S. Navy warship of the 1980s. The USS Ticonderoga engaged the largest Soviet warships in the Atlantic Ocean.

Iowa and New Jersey had the full upgrade prewar. Missouri and Wisconsin had the work done postwar. When they were recommissioned, they got work similar to New Jersey for her Vietnam deployment-with the "Fem Mods" the only other addition.

An Afghan mujahideen fires a Stinger missile on a passing Soviet Mi-24 Hind, Khost Province, Afghanistan.
so if Mujahadeen had a role in Red Dawn Universe you think Bin Laden will been more of a hero than a villain in real life since they evolved into Taliban and Al Qaeda years later.

Military Payment Certificates were a form of currency originally used to pay United States military personnel in some foreign countries from 1946 to 1973.
