I got it a few days ago, and that Bavaria is what has come from it.

The problem is that the most up to date version of AGCEEP can't be used with them.
Now, when/if they do make the New Map, then it won't be an issue anymore...

Nah. It's not that they were some groundbreaking changes in the AGCEEP since the 2005 or so.

It has changed a lot since 2005.
Many, many small changes, but, it adds up.
And people have tested it. It... works, somewhat, but it takes time and modding to make it work.
Maybe not fair to a beginner to suggest it, yes?

Yeah. The first decacde, I couldn't colonise anywhere in Ireland except Leinster because of those damn natives.

Everybody gets a huge empire in Fantasia. I'm colonising Mexico and Flanders in my Ukraine game!

I've got colonies as far flung as Newfoundland, Massachusetts, Rome, and Constantinople, and I'm on my fourth war with Catalonia and it's only 1530!

I found it boring as there were only 5 countries. Playing regular is much more interesting I think.
