Interesting features include a focus on railway, trolley and airship history, a far weaker and far less widespread industrial revolution than in our history and the Russian imperial family getting killed in 1908 by... creative means... sparking a WWI-esque conflict (with airships and autogyros, but no biplanes, oh my !).
