An AH scenario written by Tony Jones. Not a TL in the classic sense, more like scrapbook notes describing the society and tech of the ATL.

It is set in a dark and pretty dystopian cyberpunk world, where the Axis countries won WWII, with Germany, Japan and Italy still holding the world in their iron grip even in the 21st & 22nd century.
