The story is about a young cassanova who is having an affair with a very jealous mans wife, when this is found out by her husband, he arranges for the protagonist to be involved in a deadly car accident. When the cassanova awakens he is in a hospital recovering from a car accident in an alternate reality, he later learns that though he is responsible for creating the world he is in, it is very real.
