 The capital city of Havana is known throughout the world as the city of neon lights, a place where gambling, prostitution and drug dens are legal. Unfortunatley Cuba is plagued by high crime rates, a see saw economy, a small middle class and occaisonal threats from its ill equipped, poorly paid, cash strapped military.
