The world is roughly the size of the Earth and orbits around a star very similar to our Sun. For simplicity’s sake, we shall call this star „the Sun“. One orbit around the Sun constitutes an astronomical year for this world. The world also revolves around its own axis, and one such rotation constitutes a day. A day and a year of this world are basically the same as those of Earth.
The world consists of various landmasses, such as continents and archipelagos, and is mostly covered in large bodies of water, such as oceans and seas. Landmasses have varying levels of freshwater water bodies, mostly flows (streams, rivers, etc.) and lakes or marshes (mostly freshwater ones, but also some saline ones).
Work in progress.
