• Keiths and Mane Six are iSOT'd on day 1
• On day 2, Tom, Oddball, and the trilobites and fungi are ISOT'd. Applejack and Pinkie Pie begin searching for seeds. Tom begins carving.
• On day 3, Baker street, Holmes, Watson, George, and Harold are ISOT. Also, the ponies move into Baker street.
• On day 4, 24 French communards, Karl and Jenny Marx, and SCP 261 are ISOT'd. Oddball, the communards, and the Marx couple band together. Fluttershy and Dash find Tom's obelisk. The fungi take control of several trilobites to use as scouts.
• On day 5, The Reid farm, the O'Malley Plantation, Lone Star Ranch, Svalbard Seed depository, and the pulverizer from Heinlein's The Farmer in the Sky are ISOT'd. Corwinsland is founded by the Union soldiers from the plantation.

• the Prisoners at Chorh-Gom Prison escape. They will eventually join Garrett Bobby Ferguson Jr's Army.
• The Siege of Olavtoppen begins

• Siege of Olavtoppen - Gen. Baldomero Espartero leads a charge into Garrett Bobby Ferguson Jr's Army with his army of occupants from the “Death to Aladeen” Restaurant. The plan fails however, and the participants (including Espartero) killed.
• The Siege of Olavtoppen ends when Discord intervenes on the Plaza's behalf, with all of Garrett Bobby Ferguson Jr's Army magically whisked to Chorh-Gom Prison.

• The Formation of Alcatraz Township - The ISOTed Chorh-Gom, Alcatraz, and Impel Down prisons merged together to form the township, which soon after Annexes the ISOT Deadman Wonderland
• The creation of the Universal Laws - Murder, Rape, Grand Theft, Assault, and Fraud are declared crimes for the entire island and the Alcatraz Township is given the right to arrest any committers of such acts across the island
• The Sealing of the Baxter Building - Reed Richards and several other immensely gifted scientists erected a powerful force field around the Baxter Building and began atteampting to de-ISOT everyone. Out of Universe, this was done to keep them from being game breakers
• Founding of Glacier Township - Wax Sherlock Holmes founds the Glacier township as a base of operations to work out of. Thought this is not known to most, as Wax Holmes uses the Ice King as a scapegoat

• Twilight Sparkle (Day 1-) - A Unicorn Pony, and leader of the “Mane Six”. Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Rarity (Day 1-) - A Unicorn Pony, and one of the “Mane Six”. Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Applejack (Day 1-) - An Earth Pony, and one of the “Mane Six”. Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Pinkie Pie (Day 1-) - An Earth Pony, and one of the “Mane Six”. Considered to be one of “the cutest ponies on the island”. Becomes a member of the SPC.

• Sherlock Holmes (Day 3-) - A London-based “consulting detective” whose abilities border on the fantastic, Holmes is famous for his astute logical reasoning, ability to adopt almost any disguise, and his use of forensic science skills to solve difficult cases. Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Dr. John H. Watson (Day 3-) - Sherlock Holmes's friend, assistant and sometime flatmate. Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Mrs. Hudson (Day 3-) - the landlady of 221B Baker Street, in which Holmes lives.
• Bob Hope (Day 3-) - An actor, who along with Bing Cosby, was ISOTed just as they were acting for the movie, Road to Bali.

• Phineas Flynn (Day 7-) - Kid inventor (along with his step-brother Ferb). Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Ferb Fletcher (Day 7-) - British-American stepbrother to Phineas, and also a kid inventor. Becomes a member of the SPC.
• Wallace Breen (Day 20) - Former head of Black Mesa and Earths administrator for the Combine.
• Julius Belmont (Day 38) - The latest warrior of the Belmont clan of vampire hunters. Has amnesia.

• Mordecai (Day 7-) - Former Park Worker, Art major, Death Kwan Do student, etc. After the ISOT, he became fast friends with Finn the Human and Jake the Dog. In addition, he has become more responsible in his time at Olavtoppen, becoming a rather popular political figure. Is a Bluejay, but does not act in an avian manner.
• Rigby (Day 7-) - Mordecai's best friend, a talking raccoon. Unlike his partner, he does not seem to have become more responsible.
• Finn the Human (Day 12-) - One of the land of Ooo's greatest heroes. Personally kicked Alex Jones out of town. Good friend to Mordecai and Rigby.
• Jake the Dog (Day 12-) - A shapeshifting dog and Finn's best friend. good friends with Mordecai and Rigby
• “Dipper” Pines (Day 12-) - incredibly bright lad from the town of Gravity Falls. Former employee at the Mystery Shack.
• Great Uncle “Grunkle” Stan Pines (Day 12-) - Former owner of the Mystery Shack. Very cheap. Punched a raptor in the face.
• Mabel Pines (Day 12-) - Dipper's sister. A Cloudcuckoolander to be sure, but one who is surprisingly competent. She is highly protective of her brother, who reciprocates.

• Benson (Day 13-) - Talking Gumball Machine and former park manager. Though once critical of Mordecai and Rigby, he is proud of Mordecai's new found responsibility. Though Rigby's laziness still irritates him.
• Skips (Day 13-) - A talking, immortal yeti with centuries of experience. When a strange problem is presented to him, he'll often say “I've seen this before”. Not good with computers though
• Nostalgia Critic (Day 15-) - Captain of the U.S.S Exit Strategy and former movie reviewer. While at first glance he is a whiny, petulant child, he is in fact a man with deep insecurities who sometimes feels that he only causes other harm.
• Linkara (Day 15-) - Former comic book reviewer and former captain of Comicron One. Wields a Magic Gun which was created by an evil cult of assholes, as well as a Zeo Morpher, Two sonic screwdrivers, and a phaser. Is currently undergoing a phase of arrogance and feels that he knows what's right.
• Angry Joe (Day 15-) - Former video game reviewer. Has an affinity for machine guns and force lightning.
• Phelous (Day 15-) - A former movie reviwer and a red shirt. Dies frequently, but always respawns.
• Doctor_What - The Captain of the MES AH.com. Tries to stop the Fallen from conquering the island.

• “Oddball” (Day 2-) a dwarfish figure from a post-apocalyptic 2134. Becomes leader of the People's Scientific Collective of the BPC, along with being a founder.
• Karl Marx (Day 4-) A German economist and founder of Communism. Along with Oddball, Jenny and the Parisians, one of the original communal founders. Has a seat on the Communal Council and is considered the de-facto spiritual leader of the BPC.
• Thomas Sankara (Day 8-) A Burkinabé military captain, Marxist revolutionary, Pan-Africanist theorist, and 5th President of Burkina Faso from 1983 to 1987. Often called “Africa's Che Guevara”. Becomes a leading figure in the War for Liberation and from there, the head of one of the more powerful BPC militia systems.
• Jenny Von Westphalen (aka Jenny Marx) (Day 4-) A former Prussian noblewoman turned proletarian and wife of Karl Marx. Becomes one of (if not the most) influential women in the commune, also holds a council seat.
• Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Vladimir Lenin) (Day -) Russian communist revolutionary and former leader of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, founder of the “Marxist-Leninist” branch of communistic ideology.
• Nurgle (Day -) A male biped with human feet, hands and medium of height, but possessing the characteristics of a blue whale where a normal human face would be (ie: he has a spout, baleen and general whale-like features). Currently a council member in the BPC and is the head of Camp Crossroads.

• Hugh Hefner (Day 11-) The owner of “Playboy” magazine, who owned the mansion prior two the ISOT. He has gracefully let other, more experienced people take the reins of power
• Vlad III/Vlad Țepeș (Day 11-) The Prince of Wallachia (1448; 1456–1462; 1476). Also known as “Vlad the Impaler”. He and several others fled the vampire castle on account of not being vampires. Currently one of the townships leaders.
• Christopher Lee (Day 11-) Former SOE member and film actor, fled along with Vlad from the castle to the mansion
• Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (Day 11-) Voluptuous horror hostess, fled along with Vlad from the castle to the mansion

He graves powers and abilities, in order to make himself special. Prior to ISOT, he had the abilities of Intuitive Aptitude, Telekinesis, Shattering, Freezing, Melting, Enhanced Hearing, Precognitive Painting, and Induced Radioactivity (Though now that he is a vampire he cannot use this power, as it has the same effect on him as the sun). He uses his enhanced hearing to listen in on most of the island. Since coming to the island, he has gained the powers of Plant Control, Vampirism, Kung Fu, Death Kwon Do, and is likely to gain more. Had his very bones irradiated by Peter Petrelli, cursing him to burn forever.

• Thomas “Tom” McKinley (Day 2-Day 11) - A person of questionable mental stability, he also had a 30ft (9.1m) stone obelisk he was carving runes into, as well as his stoneworking equipment among other stuff. Was eaten by raptors on Day 11.
• Alex Jones (Day 8-) - An American radio host, author, conspiracy theorist and documentary filmmaker. Used to be leader of the Olavtoppen group, but was driven into exile by Finn and the others, over questions of his sanity. Ever since, he has vowed revenge on them and Garrett Bobby Ferguson's Army (who had tortured him) and now works as one of the prison guards at Chorh-Gom Prison (though he does secretly harbor his own agenda)
• the Anvil of Heaven (Day 12-) - the Prison Guards of Chorh-Gom Prison (originally built to house/imprison Tai Lung, but now serves as a general prison). Their primary job is to make sure that no prisoners escape.
• Magellan (Day 34- ) - Warden of Impel down and now the leader of the Alcatraz Township. Is immune to poison, and has the ability to secrete any poison from his body. Incredibly strong and devoted to protecting others, but can be very cruel to criminals

• Gordon Keith and his family (Day 1-) - a family of Scottish whalers from Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.

Generally the game can be divided into several overreaching story arcs (called “sagas”), lasting for several days and often focusing on a specific area and its characters. There are currently six major story arcs, with three planned in the future:

• the BPC-CL War saga -
• the Siege of Olavtoppen/Siege of Obradoiro saga -
• the 1st Vampires saga - Largely focused on Sylar's plan for domination within the vampire hierarchy. Ended when Peter Petrelli irradiated Sylar, thus condemning him to burn forever.
• the Sonic and the Black Knight saga - Based on the plot from the video game of the same name. Featured bothSonic and Laney Penn (the latter as a Merlina-esque witch that will be central to the story arc). The Fallen from AH.com the Series (specifically, Molobo, Kadyet, radical_neutural, and the greatest of the Fallen, Mike Collins) also made an appearance.
• the 2nd Vampires saga - Focused on the Draculas after the events of the 1st Vampires saga, as they tried to take over the island. Ended when another group of vampires (led by Vampire Emma Frost) takes over the Vampire leadership, ending the Draculas' reign.
• the Fallen saga (current story arc) - Focuses on the Fallen after the events of the Sonic and the Black Knight saga, in their attempts to take over the island for their nefarious purposes. Will also involve the remnants of Garrett Bobby Ferguson Jr.'s Army after their defeat in the Siege of Olavtoppen saga.
• the XLU saga (planned future story arc) - Planned by jcoggins and set to run once the Fallen saga has concluded. Will involve Xlu (the merged being of Clu 2.0 and XANA) in his attempt to conquer Cyberspace and escape to the real world.
• the Mecha-Army saga (planned future story arc) - Planned by jcoggins and set to run once the XLU saga has concluded. Plans are sketchy at this time.
• The Father Saga (Potential future story arc) - planned by jcoggins. If done would focus on Father's attempt to attain Godhood. IMPORTANT NOTE: This saga, if accepted, could potentially interfere with other sagas, as Father would require massacres at five specific places on the island.
