Session 1

Enter Aneirin (984 AD)

Well, I was born in AD 984, in a small village in what you now call Wales. I don't remember where, it was so long ago. I was trained to be a cavalryman, and sold my sword. I fought many battles all across Europe, and I can barely remember a single one of them. After a long time of fighting, I hung my sword on the wall, and went west. I loved many, but packed it to much to be married for more than ten years. It's a lot of fun meeting your descendants, but they all bring back tear choked memories.

Session 2

Aneirin meets Cadoc and Fenwick again (Present)

Gregorios: Funny. I think I was in Wales around that time. Was your father's name Cadoc ?

Aneirin: Actually, he….. dadogi ? (exasperated, shocked)

Gregorios: Aneirin ! I had no idea you were immortal too! Oh, this has just brightened my entire century. Not all my children are dead after all !

Aneirin: Why did you leave fam ? She was cut down by Saxons in 993, a few months after you left. I can show you her grave. Some archaeologists found it, and fucking ruined it. Before that, I left flowers there every ten years.

Gregorios: I'm terribly sorry that I did, but I got called away. I eventually went back to Byzantium, and then left for points east. I didn't come back to England until about 1595.

Aneirin: It's all right, I forgave you after I couldn't visit her for the first time in... I believe it was 1772, when I was working for the Americans. Stupid slow ships… 1595? I was in Russia at the time. You know what's strange? I can only remember a few battles in detail, but it's the peace declarations that I remember, every one of them. There's a quote, I think that says “All mercenaries want is peace. It's the sign of a job well done.”

Gregorios: That's good to know. I wonder if ever we were again in the same place as each other again. I have served in a few wars myself, but I usually was a diplomat negotiating those peae treaties. And I'd like it very much if you could show me her grave. I never got a chance to properly say goodbye.

Aneirin: Meet me in Port Tabal at the Dragon and Duck tavern next month.

Gregorios: I definitely will. I wonder if any of my other children are immortal.

Fenwick: Hey I think I shot at you in the Anglo-Dutch War ! How have you been man ?

Aneirin: That was you !?!?!??!?! God, that hurt like a bitch ! Pretty well, thanks.

Session 3

Favourite horse

My favorite horse was named Blanc. This was when I was fighting with the French in the 7 Years War. I confused the hell out of my buddies, because they thought my horse was named “White”, even though it was brown.
