--Reallocate some resources of our foreign embassies in politically free countries to emphasize tourism to the United States (Siren).
--Have the Secretary of Economic Affairs make a public statement that "the DEA is closely monitoring the situation with the utilities industry, and will make the appropriate responses as and when they may become necessary. Rest assured these are critical pieces of national infrastructure: if anyone seriously think we'd risk jeapordising our security in this way they should think again." (BL)
