[[Britain|British]] member of the board. We're not terribly sure if he's [[alternate history:1984|Orwell's character on a visit of OTL]] or just some bloke using such a pseudonym. In any case, he's not that bad a fellow.

Also the only Liberal Conservative on the board, it seems, the last Liberal Nationalist, and the last Lockean. Also a firm believer in the rights of man, and in the value of nuclear weapons and ABMs.

A rabid Monarchist, Nationalist and Liberal Democrat (probably the last in the UK). Is apparently a young man, but due to his rabid Monarchism and Nationalism, reminded some (e.g. [[Baconheimer]]) of an old, rural man for some reason.
