RCTFI is one of AH.com’s many members from Michigan. He is known for having particularly nightmarish and dystopian Weird Dreams, which help inspired him to write his stories. Jolly pleasant chap.

RCTFI is an active writer, having written a number of stories for the board, while in terms of timelines he is less active, having only done significant work on one proper TL, the “Anglo-Hanoverian TL,” which is currently undergoing it’s first set of revisions as the “Anglo-Hanoverian TL Mk. II.”

His stories include:

“Dystopic Return of Magic,” dealing with evil man-eating elves from the worst medieval stories of the Fey.

“Nazi Stargate,” a Stargate story set in an AH in which the Nazis won WWII.

“The Great Raid,” a science fiction story dealing with the invasion of A World Very Much Like Our Own by hordes of barbarians with plasma rifles and all sorts of other high-tech toys.

“A Time of Empire,” an adventure story set in a world where the Ottoman Empire did very well.

“A Time of War,” the sequel to the above story.

Both “Nazi Stargate” and “Dystopic Return of Magic” won Turtledove Awards in 2008.

RCTFI was a founding member of the Michigan People’s Liberation Army, and is a veteran of both Toledo War II and Toledo War III.

He appeared as Acting President R. Ctfi of Michigan in AH.com Wars.
