Frequently takes part in AH.com's Peshawar Lancers Redux project (an attempt at a realistic re-imagining of S. M. Stirling's AH novel The Peshawar Lancers, which works on the detailed fleshing out of various areas around the globe affected by the original novel's PoD.

He's currently woking on two spinoffs of the project: A longer-running one centered on the historical Kingdom of Hawaii and the geographic area of the Hawaiian islands, and a newer one, focusing on the Japanese Empire.
