British Caribbean overseas territories
The current British overseas territories in the Caribbean, island nations that have opted to remain a distant part of the UK instead of going for full independence, like most British posessions in the Caribbean did in the second half of the 20th century. These remaining overseas territories are : Anguilla, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos, The British Virgin Islands and The Cayman Islands.
NOTE : If any of these territories would gain full independence from their mother country in the future, please move the territory in question (along with all the TL entries concerning it) to a new separate page. Don't forget to list such a new page alphabetically in the main part of the “Central America & The Caribbean” countries index.
