The only South American country without a coast (with the exception of Paraguay), but nevertheless they have a Navy. It is very antagonistic towards Chile and Peru. The country does have a reputation of ousting their leaders by popular movements. Alas, the current President seems to be having a problem with some counties ousting him as leader of their lands.
Bolivia is known as the most politically unstable country in South America (they had 80 presidents since 1825). The craziest of them was the dictator Mariano Melgarejo, who gave vast amounts of land to Brazil in exchange for two white horses and 04 medals, and assembled an army to help Napoleon III against the Prussians in 1870, despite the fact they would need to cross the entire Amazon basin and the Atlantic to reach there.
None that we know of.
