ATL Czar is a British user who joined the board in September 2012, but has explored about the board as a non-member for longer.

Known for the creation of the Pacific-Centred Worlda map, he is a regular visitor on the Alternate History board, and is a self-declared follower of the Colour It Whatever You Like colour philosophy.

According to himself, he is currently dead, but is “working on it”, and exists as dopplegangers in all parallel universes “except this one”.
