ATL Czar is a British user who joined the board in September 2012, but has anonymously explored about the board for a lot longer. Known for the creation of the Pacific-Centred Worlda map, he is a regular visitor on the Alternate history board, particularly on the Maps and Graphics forums, and is a self-declared follower of the Colour It Whatever You Like colour philosophy.
According to himself, he is currently dead, but is “working on it”, and exists as alter-egos in all parallel universes “except this one”.
