ATL Czar is a British user who joined the board in September 2012, but has anonymously explored about the board for a lot longer. Known for the creation of the Pacific-Centred Worlda map, he is a regular visitor on the Alternate history board, particularly on the Maps and Graphics forums, and is a self-declared follower of the Colour It Whatever You Like colour philosophy.
According to himself, he is currently dead, but is “working on it”, and exists in every parallel universe barring this one.
