Mount Rushmore is a famed American monument bearing the faces of 4 American Presidents (George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and occasionally Richard Nixon if you're a Watchmen fan) carved into the Black Hills of South Dakota (uh…sorry about that, Indians). The monument is occasionally featured in alternate history, where it bears the faces of alternate historical leaders accordingly, whether in part or whole.
Mount Rushmore is also frequently the site where supervillains carve their faces over those of the Presidents.
