Inspired by the Committee of Shadow, this is the board which judges all non-FH Map Contests. Although the non-FH map contests predate the FH ones, the first and second non-FH map contest lacked a cool name for the judges.

This problem was fixed for the third non-FH map contest in 2008, in which the judges ( Shadow Knight, Thande and Analytical Engine ) declared themselves to be the Conclave of Twilight.
