Trinidad and Tobago

An English-speaking southern Caribbean country near the coast of South America, consisting of the larger island of Trinidad and the smaller outlying island of Tobago. Has an interesting history of being divided by various colonial powers over the centuries, including (but not limited to) the Spanish, the British and even the Duchy of Courland and Semigalia (in today's Latvia).
