This [[Harry Truman]] became president of the [[United States of America (Hitler's Mediterranean Strategy)|USA]] after the death of [[Franklin Roosevelt (Hitler's Mediterranean Strategy)|FDR]] in January 1945. He decided the nuking of Oldenburg and Graz in August 1945, and of Niigata and Nagasaki in September 1945.
