==== Plot ====

As the title suggests, the crew visits a timeline with an independent and expansionist Republic of Texas. Also features Kit getting a half sex change operation and Othniel possibly being sexually violated by inbred hillbillies (which Merry has continually mentioned ever since for some possibly Freudian reason).
