====== City Map Game ======

The pioneering work of the later [[map_games#silent_map_games|city-construction genre]] of [[map games]], the //City Map Game// was started by [[offtopic:Baconheimer]] in October 2011.

Unfortunately, the map game was very short-lived and didn't really take off, but it served as the first foundation for the future map game genre.

==== Rules and Gameplay ====

Baconheimer's original posts contains the following explanation: 

"It is the year 1150 in the world of Valonia. Basically what you do, is you claim a turn and build up, each turn is one year.

Tech will progreess basicly as in OTL, if something is invednted then write it in outside events.
