The decision-making body of the [[Sandbox Republic]] executive.  Under the terms of the Republic's Constitution, the First Consul may appoint any citizen to the Cabinet in order to assist with the mechanisms of state, devising policy and drafting legislation prior to submission by Congress.   

The number of Ministries is not set by law, nor are their remits. In addition to Ministerial positions, the President may also appoint people to other, more specialised roles outside the Cabinet in addition to their Departmental roles.
