Plumber is a forum member who joined in May 2009. He has made a few maps here and there, but mostly just reads or participates in minor discussion. Plumber took up the cause of UCS reform, becoming a Girondin [[offtopic:Greensheviks|Greenshevik]] for a while. He later refined the [[alternate_history:Theodore Roosevelt Award]] in 2011.
